Tixoo Cash Usage Policy.

Tixoo Cash is our way of giving you more value every time you experience more.

1. Tixoo Cashback

• Tixoo Cashback earned by paid users will be valid for 1 year from the date of credit.
• This validity applies to Founding Members as well.
• The ₹100 Tixoo Cash credited to Founding Members at the time of joining will also be valid for 1 year from the date of credit.
• Once the validity period expires, any unused Tixoo Cash will lapse and cannot be reinstated or extended.

2. Cashback Redemption

• Tixoo Cash can be redeemed up to 5% of the ticket value per ticket.
• The applicable Tixoo Cash redemption amount will be calculated on the eligible ticket value at the time of purchase.
• Any unused balance will remain available in the user's Tixoo Cash wallet, subject to its individual validity period.

3. Referral Cash

• Users can earn ₹50 Tixoo Cash for each successful referral, with ₹50 credited to each party, i.e. the referrer and the referred user.
• There is no cap on the number of successful referrals a user can make.
• Referral Cash will be valid for 60 days from the date of credit.
• Expired Referral Cash cannot be reinstated or extended.

Important

• Tixoo Cash is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Different Tixoo Cash credits may have different expiry dates. The applicable expiry date will be based on the date each amount was credited.
• Tixoo reserves the right to modify the Tixoo Cash program, including its earning, redemption, validity, or referral terms, with applicable updates communicated to users.
• Tixoo Cash cannot be combined with certain offers where stated, and redemption remains subject to the 5% checkout limit above.
• Tixoo reserves the right to amend, pause, or withdraw the Tixoo Cash programme, or any part of it, and to reverse Tixoo Cash credited in error or through misuse, at its discretion.
